Charge: Responsible for advising the President, the Provost, and other appropriate university administrators on matters pertaining to commencements and convocations; providing assistance in planning and executing these ceremonies;organizing the marshal corps for the ceremonies; and recommending commencement speakers as appropriate. The faculty committee members will serve as members of the marshal corps.

Meetings: 1 - 2 meetings per semester; Wednesdays 11:00 a.m. in LIB 112k
