Advocacy Program
Empowering survivors of crime, violence or abuse and preventing victimization by promoting the restoration of decision making and control to survivors, by advocating for their rights and honoring their experiences, and through education and collaboration, fostering a safe university community that respects the rights and dignity of all.
Campus Recreation
Campus Recreation
Campus Recreation enriches the educational experience by empowering the university community to achieve holistic wellness. We contribute to life long learning by promoting diversity, personal growth and exploration in safe, challenging and supportive environments. The Director of Campus Recreation is responsible for the administration of intramural sports, fitness programs, outdoor recreation, special events, and the Campus Recreation facilities.

Center for Leadership & Civic Engagement
We are committed to developing leaders and engaged citizens who seek to enhance their skills and positively impact their communities. The CLCE provides student programs, services, and resources in order to build the leadership capacity of students, as well as their desire to serve as productive citizens in today's global society. Take classes and receive a Minor in Leadership Studies, volunteer at our service projects, become a Certified Student Leader, or take an Alternative Break trip to another part of the world where you can serve others and make a real difference.

Counseling Center
Counseling Center
Counseling Center offers comprehensive psychological services designed to enhance the personal, social, educational, and career development of University students. It provides personal counseling services to students, provides consultative services to academic, administrative, and other service units in the University, and serves as a setting for advanced professional training. The Counseling Center also directs the Employee Assistance Program, Veterans Services, Center for Addiction and Substance Abuse, and maintains a liaison with the State Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.

Dean for Students
The Office of the Dean for Students is dedicated to promoting and advocating student success thru engagement and involvement in a learning centered environment. We facilitate learning by serving as an initial point of reference for all students and advocating and articulating the needs and concerns for all students, promote learning in and out of the classroom, respond to emergency situations, and continuously provide opportunities to engage students to enhance the university community. The Dean collaborates with faculty and staff to support the academic mission, with particular emphasis on the total learning environment.

To provide students with a residential community that contributes to learning, personal development, and citizenship. This is achieved by offering innovative programs and quality services in a safe living environment.

Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life
Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life can foster the education of the whole person: intellectually, socially, and spiritually. Brotherhood and Sisterhood, Leadership, Philanthropy, and Scholarship are but a few of the areas in which the Greek Community at USF aspires to achieve excellence. Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life helps establish stronger connections to the university enhancing your college experience. With four councils consisting of twenty one fraternities and sixteen sororities made up of a diverse group of students, there is a brotherhood or sisterhood experience for everyone in Greek Life.

The Marshall Student Center strives to inspire students to grow, learn and develop by providing opportunities for student interaction, leadership and employment supported by positive role models, while also providing spaces for meetings, activities, services, and dining venues. The Marshall Student Center enriches the quality of student life on campus by offering an environment that is a clean, safe and fun "gathering place" for the university community; a place that celebrates creativity and diversity; values integrity and respect; and pledges customer service that exceeds expectations.

The Vision of the Office of Multicultural Activities is to educate and inspire all students at the University of South Florida to discover and experience the value of cultivating culturally diverse interpersonal relationships. Furthermore, it is our mission to provide an open and inclusive environment where students from dissimilar cultural groups are encouraged to engage in meaningful social and educational relationships through involvement in co-curricular activities.

Welcome New Bulls! This is an exciting time in our new students lives, filled with change and opportunity. We understand that new USF students (first year or transfer) need guidance and support to help them through the successes and challenges of their first year. New Student Connections offers a variety of programs and services that contribute to a new student's successful transition to USF. We are here to support first year and transfer students as they establish meaningful connections with the USF community. 
Office of the Student Ombudsman
Office of the Student Ombudsman
The Office of the Student Ombudsman serves as a confidential neutral third party providing assistance to students who have University related complaints and/or concerns of a non-legal nature, and a resource for students needing information about University related policies and procedures. The Office of the Student Ombudsman is authorized to informally investigate complaints and/or concerns. The services we provide are Confidential, Neutral, Independent and Informal.
Oracle (Student Publications)
Oracle (Student Publications)
The Office of Student Publications employs students who produce The Oracle, USF’s campus newspaper. Students work as reporters, editors, photographers, graphic artists and advertising sales representatives, many in preparation for careers in mass communications. Students deal with journalistic responsibility and fairness,techniques of decision making and critical analysis.

Parents & Family Association
USF wants to partner with our USF Parents. And in doing so, we invite you to join the USF Parents & Family Association. The Association is the connection between the University and its parents. By joining you will be better informed about the academic and social environment that your student is experiencing at USF. The Parents & Family Association provides a forum for parents to obtain information, ask questions and offer suggestions about university programs and services; serves as an advocate on the issues and concerns affecting parents, students and the University; creates a consistent and effective line of communication between the University and parents; enhances the student experience through active participation in the university community; and supports the mission and priorities of the University.
Student Government
Student Government
Student Government leaders represent the student body to various constituents and on dozens of committees, work to address student concerns, and provide programs and opportunities to help engage students. You can get involved with SG by working with or holding office in one of the three branches: Executive, Legislative, and Judicial. Student Government also employs almost 200 students within several offices and agencies including Administrative Services, Marketing and Public Affairs, SAFE Team, Student Resource Agency, WBUL Radio, and the SG Computer Services lab.

The Office of Student Programs provides engaging on-campus experiences to the USF community, with a primary focus on students.The office promotes the growth of student leaders who, in turn, create programs that foster community across campus.
Student Health Services
Student Health Services
Student Health Services is an ambulatory-care facility which provides screening and evaluations by nurses; examinations by general-practice physicians, ARNP's, and PA's; laboratory services; a Health Education Department; and specialty clinics in Antigen, and Gynecology. Student Health Services functions as a walk-in clinic with a brief-stay day infirmary. Student Health Services does not provide x-ray, dental, or optometry services. Referrals are available to private facilities which provide these services.

The mission of Students with Disabilities Services is to operationalize the University's commitment to diversity through careful, diligent, respectful services for USF students with disabilities, the faculty and staff of USF. The mission includes assuring that University policy regarding students with disabilities is implemented in ways consistent with federal and state laws in providing academic support and accommodations to students with disabilities.

Student Rights and Responsibilities
Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities’ mission is to provide for the safety and well being of the University environment; to aid in the growth and development of a student as related to a student’s behavior; and to serve as the management agency for the University Judicial System.
